Incontinence

Incontinent:
 /ɪnˈkɒntnənt/ Show Spelled Pronunciation [in-kon-tn-uhnt]
–adjective
1. unable to restrain natural discharges or evacuations of urine or feces.

While I'm glad I don't have to deal with restraining my feces, (because I'm mostly constipated as a result of being pregnant) I do however, experience the joy of pissing my pants when I sneeze or cough...even if I laugh really hard. I have a chest cold right now. Yeah. Coughing all the time. I just know to grab my crotch and try to hold it in through a long spell of hacking and coughing. Isn't it a beautiful image in your head? I'm not shy about these things. I'm pretty open about bodily fluids and gas. I find this amusing and ridiculous at the same time. It's funny because I am now a pregnant lady who will soon be a mom! The whole transformation is crazy, exciting and weird. I still feel like Jamie. I don't know how to explain what I mean. I still like rap and hip hop music, I will still get drunk after I have our baby, I still want to be young and free---and yet here I am pissing my pants because I'm carrying a baby. I suppose the action in itself makes me think of my own mother and she is not any of those things I mentioned I am. (well except for the music...she likes to get down.) =) hehe. I hope that sums up the funny and ridiculous idea of having pee streaming down my leg. And I HATE pads! Fuck pads! I'll just piss through all my pants and laugh about it. Pads are itchy, sticky, and just plain ANNOYING!

That's all. =)

So funny. I can completely relate. I, too, got a really bad cough whn I was pregnant with Toby, or maybe it was Lydia.. It was awful, just peeing all the time. I used pads though.
Also, we talked about it and we can spare about 1/2 dozen eggs a week to start with. If we find we have a lot of extras or too few it might change, but just let us know when you want to come and get them, or if you need us to bring them.
